I have never been a sporty type. I have never had to be on a diet or strain myself with deadly workouts. I have never had problems with my weight. Unfortunately, nothing lasts forever. Age, and pregnancy. I wished to return to my figure from years before, reinforce the muscles and improve my overall physical condition. Plan No. 1, the gym. I felt lost and out of place, really. Reflexive clothes, half-naked young people proudly flexing their ideal muscles in front of ceiling-high mirrors. I didn’t fit in at all. I have even tried to work with a personal trainer. Unfortunately, I seem to be one of those ‘difficult cases’. I cannot focus, I talk all the time and I do everything not to get tired.

Well, it’s different in Elektrownia.. There I am alone with my trainer, who devotes 100% of his attention to me. There's no-one lurking around in the room, nothing to distract me. And there’s no chance that I cheat or fake it. The 20 minutes of training are really 20 minutes of hard workout, and the electrical stimulation makes me tense my muscles and do my best. And it pays off! I look even better than before the pregnancy, and I have worked out for only a couple of months. And it pays off!
